Please complete the steps below to register your child in Piedmont Music Academy.

1. Fill out and submit the online Registration Form

2. Complete the Waiver and Release of Liability form. (Included on the registration form.)

3. Pay the $50 annual family Registration Fee

(Don’t forget to click “submit” at the end of the form!)

Once we receive your registration payment, look for an email from our PMA Administrator within a few days. The email will contain your invoice and other information pertinent to your family’s registration.
