Events:

All PMA students will participate in at least two concerts per year – a Christmas Concert and a Spring Concert. Students that are SC residents will also have the opportunity to participate in events hosted by the state of SC if they are interested – Region & All-State for those that audition and earn a chair in one of the ensembles.

Band students have an additional opportunity to attend the annual SC Homeschool Honor Band Festival held in mid-October. This event is open to homeschool students across SC that have had at least 1 year of ensemble instruction with their respective homeschool band programs.

String students often attend annual string workshops held in different parts of SC and NC. These opportunities often provide additional performing experiences on their instrument and enhances the student’s overall musical knowledge.

PMA encourages all students to share their talents with families, churches, local nursing homes, homeschool co-ops, and beyond.
