To register your child(ren) in the PMA Summer Music Camp, please complete the following:

– Read the CAMP HANDBOOK carefully with your children.

– Fill out and submit the online REGISTRATION FORM. (The Waiver and Medical Forms are built into the registration form.)

– Pay the Camp Tuition in full or pay the deposit.
