Please complete the steps below to register your child in Piedmont Music Academy:

  1. Fill out and submit the online registration form below.

  2. Pay the $50 annual family Registration Fee.

  3. Complete the Waiver and Release of Liability form.

Once we receive your registration payment, look for an email from our PMA Administrator within a few days. The email will contain your invoice and other information pertinent to your family’s registration.

If your high school aged child is interested in receiving information about how to earn a Varsity Letter/Service Bar please include their name and email address here. Our Varsity Letter Coordinator will contact the student directly about this opportunity.
