2025 Summer Music Camp Registration

To register your child(ren) in the PMA Summer Music Camp, please complete the following:

– Fill out and submit the online registration form below for each child.

– Read the PMA CAMP HANDBOOK carefully.

– Complete the Waiver and Release of Liability form. Registration is not complete until this is received.

– Pay the Early Bird camp tuition fee of $200 per student.

– Complete a MEDICAL FORM.

(Register by March 15th to get the Early Bird rate. Rate increases to $275 after 3/15.)
